Welcome to the Navajo County Justice Courts. The Justice Courts
offer an expedient way
of resolving both civil and criminal matters. The courts handle small
claims cases up to $2,500, civil law suits up to $10,000, most misdemeanor
crimes, all traffic violations, rental evictions and orders of protection
and injunctions against harassment.
